Free Shipping for Qualifying Orders
European Tableware offers free shipping to all continental U.S addresses every day for orders totaling $99.00 or more of merchandise. Orders to any continental U.S address totaling less than $99.00 will ship for a flat $9.95. Free shipping does not apply to Alaska and Hawaii. See “Delivery Areas” below.

Tracking Your Order
After your order has been shipped from our warehouse in Virginia, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information included. Sometimes current carrier information will take 2-3 days to appear on-line. If the tracking information doesn’t work, use the Contact Us form or call us toll free at 1-888-217-4129 and we will help. If your product comes directly from the manufacturer, tracking information may not be available.

Shipping Methods
We will choose either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on your zip code and size of your order. UPS requires a street address for delivery.

Expedited Shipping
If you need your items in a hurry, call us at 1-888-217-4139 or use the Contact Us form. We will do our best to fill your order ASAP and use an expedited shipping service. Additional charges will apply for expedited shipping.

Delivery Areas & Delivery Charges
We ship to continental U.S. addresses, APO and FPO addresses, Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot guarantee delivery times outside the continental U.S. and may not be able to provide tracking information. We ship outside the United States upon request; please e-mail us for a shipping quote.

Shipping Time
Many packages will arrive in 4-14 days, depending on if the item is in stock and where you live. Products that are on backorder may take as long as 4-8 weeks to arrive. Holiday processing and delivery may be a little slower, so plan ahead and feel free to use the Contact Us form at any time.

Returns Policy

General Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened or unused items sold and fulfilled by European Tableware within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging including plastic wrap, paper inserts, stickers, boxes, plastic bags, etc. Shipping costs incurred by us will be subtracted from the refund amount (or $9.95, whichever is greater). If the return is a result of our error, we will also pay the return shipping costs. Follow the instructions on the packing slip.

If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will be granted.

Holiday Returns Policy
We understand that many customers like to order holiday gifts early, so we have extended our returns period for the holidays. Items shipped between November 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008 may be returned until January 31, 2009 for a full refund, subject to our other returns restrictions.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds will be issued for the following items:

• Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery or outside the time limit specified in our Holiday Returns Policy will incur a 20% restocking fee assuming they are in new or unused condition.
• Any item that has obvious signs of use will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
• Any item not returned in the condition it was received by the customer will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Orders Returned after 30 Days or outside the time limit specified in our Holiday Returns Policy
Orders that were delivered more than 30 days ago or outside the time limit specified in our Holiday Returns Policy will incur a 15% restocking fee. Use the Contact Us link at the bottom of each page or call us at 1-888-217-4139 to request a refund. If after contacting us, you still wish to return the product, follow our instructions on the packing slip.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. Once we process your return, we will refund your credit card the original purchase price of the item(s). Any shipping costs will not be refunded.
